This job is to control and process business dealings in accordance with the highest of standards, and monitor the entire route that a contract takes. From tender to contract negotiations and formulation to the controlling of proper compliance ensuring that the company’s contractual relationships are managed effectively and in compliance with legal and business requirements.
- Oversees the creation, execution, and analysis of contracts for Finance Department.
- Monitor contractual matters inclusive administration.
- Advice on all contractual matters from preparation of tenders until final and post contract period.
- Manage and prepare contract documentations and schedules as well as providing support in the estimation of project costs.
- Preparation of specifications and bill of quantities.
- Manage storage of all the contract documents, either hardcopy or electronic copy.
- Leading the tendering process, administering tender evaluation by the committee and coordinating award recommendation by the Board.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with vendors, suppliers and colleagues across departments.
- Supporting the Finance Manager.

- REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Law or any related field
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) would be an advantage.
- Min 8 years in contract management, procurement, legal or related fields
