Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and data entry
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for interacting with diverse employees
- Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and compliance standards
