
STORE CLERK
1. Inventory Management:
o Receive, check, and record incoming stock.
o Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records.
o Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
2. Stock Handling & Organization:
o Arrange and store materials/products systematically.
o Ensure proper labeling and identification of stock items.
o Monitor stock movement and ensure proper rotation of goods.
3. Issuing & Receiving Goods:
o Prepare and issue materials based on requisitions.
o Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damages or shortages.
o Ensure proper documentation for stock-in and stock-out activities.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain stock records, invoices, and delivery orders.
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
o Assist in data entry and stock system updates.
5. Housekeeping & Safety Compliance:
o Keep the store clean, organized, and hazard-free.
o Follow company safety regulations and storekeeping procedures.
o Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
6. Coordination & Support:
o Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and production teams.
o Assist in periodic audits and stock verification.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in relevant fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and carry stock when required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
