Job Description
- Culture Management
- Promote Values: Act as a cultural ambassador, integrating company values into the workplace.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to reinforce culture.
- Performance Management
- Goal Setting: Assist in setting and communicating performance goals and objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Track performance processes and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Improvement Plans: Develop and monitor performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Talent Management
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork completion.
- Talent Retention & Growth: Implement strategies to retain high-performing employees (e.g: Training Programs) and support employees to grow their skills and advance in their careers.
- Administration
- HR Systems Management: Manage HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records.
