  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.​
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, healthcare, or wellness sectors.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.​
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successful deal-making.​
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.​
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.​
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​
