- To list and search files/incoming claims documents.
- To perform data entry and print edit listing for new claims.
- To print policies and endorsements, write claim details on files’ cover, print PLA, debit notes/credit note.
- To type/prepare acknowledgement letters and documents request letters.
- To liaise with Underwriting Division on requesting policies and endorsements for unnamed declaration/renewal policies/policies not issued.
- To despatch outgoing letters.
- To scan claim documents.
- To keep file record and file in box into Store House.
- To attend to phone calls from insured, branches, agents on enquiries e.g. status of claim, claim procedures and etc.
Clerk - Kuantan Branch, Operations Department
- To be in-charge of policy data entry, updating and printing for all classes including submission to date to TRIM.
- To handle walk-in customers.
- To handle motor premium collection and statement.
- To prepare e-Insurance report for motor class.
- To monitor CBC for motor and personal accident classes.
