  • Supporting the team in other daily tasks.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls.
  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Monitor documents dispatch and received.

  • Proficient in using SQL accounting software to create invoices, purchase orders (PO), payment vouchers (PV), and other accounting-related tasks.
  • Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
  • Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders.
  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
