Job Description:

  • Ensure seamless project documentation & operations;
  • Prepare reports on project progress and documentation formatting;
  • To ensure the project documentation/procedures comply with requirements;
  • To monitor and ensure that the documents required are complete and in place. E.g Dilapidation Report, Site Daily Report, Daily Site Progress Photos, Handover Inspections & etc;
  • To ensure update of master list for Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) & End Defects liability period (DLP);
  • Maintains updated records of all approved documents (from project initiation until close out) in the Document Archive/Server with easy traceability;
  • Monitor Project department folders in server and ensure project team access server with the standard protocol;
  • Keep track on Project staff movement and mobilization;
  • Site visits when necessary for better understanding on project progression in order to provide better support and documentation;
  • Provide any ad hoc support to the Project Team.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in project administration the construction/interior design industry.
  • Good in Microsoft tools , Words, Excel, Power Point
  • Able to work in Kuala Penyu.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
