2. Maintain and update the company’s vehicles, machinery, and equipment listing for management review, ensuring proper records are kept.

3. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for all workers, ensuring all processes comply with legal requirements.

4. Update the renewal status of CIDB Green Cards for all project staff and site workers to maintain compliance with construction regulations.

5. Ensure proper tracking of all foreign workers' permits, including validity and cancellation processes.

6. Assist the Assistant HR & Admin Manager in dealing with foreign workers' affairs, including liaising with the labor office and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and policies.

7. Support the HR & Admin Manager in preparing required documentation for new recruitment and the levy of foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Job Malaysia and immigration approval submissions.

8. Assist in general administration duties, including filing, printing, and sorting mail for various departments.

9. Support HR-related projects assigned by the HR & Admin Manager, contributing to the overall effectiveness of HR operations.

10. Prepare wages for all site workers, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.

11. Assist the HR & Admin Manager in updating all staff annual leave records to maintain accurate documentation.

12. Oversee office equipment maintenance, providing updates on stationery purchases and seeking necessary approvals.

13. Ensure proper implementation of ISO-related records and documentation, supporting the organization's compliance standards.

14. Ensure the proper implementation of APAD ICOP requirements by maintaining records and documentation practices aligned with compliance standards, supporting audit processes.

15. Participate and undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by HOD/ management.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
