Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on gathering customer feedback after car servicing, compiling data, and producing monthly reports. You will also ensure accurate data entry into the system and assist the marketing team when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect customer feedback after car service and compile data for analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly reports based on customer insights.
- Ensure all customer data is accurately entered into the system.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Assist the marketing team with necessary tasks, including promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
