Job Description:

  • Prepare and update admin records in a timely manner and ensure all documentation and administrative works are in order;
  • Responsible in providing administrative support and manage, schedule and make arrangements for appointments, meetings, and / or travel;
  • To assist with information/data collection for better decision-making and problem solving as assigned;
  • To work closely, with internal departments to follow-up with their progress, achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication;
  • Responsible for incoming requests and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups;
  • To attend and prepare minutes of meeting as well as meeting with clients, business associates and to follow up closely with the necessary action;
  • To perform all tasks and duties required to support the overall goals of the Company.
  • To handle all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and organised manner;
  • To perform any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • Possess good work ethics and attitude;
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • System Literacy;
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Self-starter, independent, highly attentive to details and precise at work;
  • Possess own transport.

Job Summary

  • Manage admin tasks, schedule appointments, handle confidential matters, aid decision-making, liaise with departments, attend meetings, support company objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
