Job Description:
- Prepare and update admin records in a timely manner and ensure all documentation and administrative works are in order;
- Responsible in providing administrative support and manage, schedule and make arrangements for appointments, meetings, and / or travel;
- To assist with information/data collection for better decision-making and problem solving as assigned;
- To work closely, with internal departments to follow-up with their progress, achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication;
- Responsible for incoming requests and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups;
- To attend and prepare minutes of meeting as well as meeting with clients, business associates and to follow up closely with the necessary action;
- To perform all tasks and duties required to support the overall goals of the Company.
- To handle all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and organised manner;
- To perform any other duty as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- Possess good work ethics and attitude;
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- System Literacy;
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Self-starter, independent, highly attentive to details and precise at work;
- Possess own transport.
