  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields (e.g., telemarketing, customer liaison) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Responsible for addressing customer issues on the gaming platform, providing answers, suggestions, and assistance, and maintaining a positive relationship between the company and players.
  • Monitor and manage game data, complete daily tasks, promptly respond to customer inquiries, and ensure service quality.
  • Excellent communication and language expression skills (Chinese, English). Fluency in Thai or Indonesian is a plus and will be prioritized.
  • A strong passion for gaming, fast typing speed, and prior experience in gaming customer service is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality, quick to respond, with strong expressive skills, high affinity, and exceptional customer service awareness.
  • Strong psychological resilience and stress tolerance, with excellent teamwork abilities and the capability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A strong interest in mobile games, with at least one active mobile game being played currently.
