  • To ensure all invoices and payments are properly updated and recorded, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
  • To ensure the accounts charge code are accurately posted.
  • To assist with month end closing, to ensure Accounts Payable section are close timely for the preparation of management report.
  • To process outgoing payment to trade and non-trade vendor on monthly basis.
  • To maintain vendor files according to payment vouchers, invoices, debit note and credit note.
  • To ensure vendor payment are up to date.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
  • Possessed at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Experience with SAP/ERP software is preferred.
