- To ensure all invoices and payments are properly updated and recorded, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- To ensure the accounts charge code are accurately posted.
- To assist with month end closing, to ensure Accounts Payable section are close timely for the preparation of management report.
- To process outgoing payment to trade and non-trade vendor on monthly basis.
- To maintain vendor files according to payment vouchers, invoices, debit note and credit note.
- To ensure vendor payment are up to date.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
- Possessed at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Experience with SAP/ERP software is preferred.
