  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including discounts, vouchers, festive promotions, and flash deals
  • Coordinate and manage campaign participation (e.g: 2.2, 3.3, 9.9, 11.11 events)

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Officer with a passion for e-commerce and social media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our TikTok Shop and Shopee platform while developing engaging content and strategies that drive visibility, traffic, and sales.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in basic photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe apps)
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Centre is highly preferred
  • Strong creativity and initiative in content creation and online engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage feedback professionally
  • Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and teamwork
