Responsibilities - Undertake technical clinical work, including clinical embryology and andrology duties following established policies and standards. - Render routine diagnostic services and andrology and embryology procedures in accordance with laboratory protocols. - Handle all assigned supplies and equipment for ART procedures in the laboratory. - Have knowledge of, and comply with quality control processes, ethical issues and regulations surrounding gamete and embryo handling. - Maintain a safe laboratory environment and adhere to all standard operating procedures. - Perform calibration and daily and preventive maintenance of all laboratory equipment. - Collect and report laboratory statistical data accurately and completely. - Involve in patient and staff education and meetings, where applicable. - Perform quality control tests and participate in internal and external quality assurance. - Undertake any other lab-related duties as may be assigned. Requirements - Possess a Degree in Clinical Embryology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent. - At least 2 years of relevant working experience - Proficient in laboratory skills and policies specific to IVF procedures. - Able to work independently and as a team. - Have excellent manual dexterity and the ability to pay attention to detail. - Possess strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others. - Able to communicate effectively. - Due to the nature of work, flexibility in schedule is a requirement. - Fresh graduates are welcome!
