Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to support the Risk team in achieving departmental goals set by the Company and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This includes assisting in regulatory requirement quality control by conducting reviews and addressing potential risks.Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the risk framework, including updating policies and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Stay informed about relevant local regulations and compliance standards, and support educating business functions on controls and best practices.
- Support the resolution of issues raised by auditors and local regulators by providing necessary information and documentation; discuss and propose options for communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality service and assist in compliance reviews, making recommendations as needed.
- Support regular reporting and analysis work, and participate in case investigations.
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Experience with crop insurance including underwriting, adjusting, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Secondary school certification.
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
