After Sales Executive-MNC Semiconductor-Ayer Keroh, Melaka

Company background: Our well-established client is a MNC semiconductor machine manufacturer. They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of After Sales Executive position to be based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Job Descriptions: • Proposes upgrade /service module / solution to client. • Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project. • Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs. • Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow company's branding of target market in ASIA. • Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis. • Follows all company's corporate culture positively and correctly. • Other tasks assigned by the superior. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electronics and electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, Business Administration) or related university program certificate. • Must have experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting and other management tools to analyze, plan and direct business programs. • Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experiences with industry equipment related. • Able to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products. • Self-motivated and job dedicated person. • Able to work under less supervision environment. • Result and detail-oriented. • Marketing experience will be an advantage. • Able to communicate at all level & willing to travel frequently. • Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka.
