Adhere to daily sales target set by the company by providing suggestions and recommendations of products to customers. 4. Preparation on beverages menu making. 5. Serving cakes & beverages promptly and professionally. 6. Maintain cleanliness & organization of dining and service areas. 7. Opening & closing preparation work. 8. To ensure the process of QR and card payments using digital systems running smoothly. Handling and taking care of company mobile phone, POS, and other systems/electronics appliances. 9. Prepare sauces, condiments for cakes and preparing topping for pavlovas. 10. Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready. 11. Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the workstations. 12. Prepare and turnover tables for the next customer. 13. Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floor, cleaning utensils, serving equipment and maintaining all areas to health code standards. 14. Always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the cafe. 15. Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
