Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer visits, meetings, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Review the necessity and purpose of customer visits/meetings, ensuring smooth coordination including logistics and accommodation arrangements. Implement customer management strategies and promptly address customer inquiries. Manage and arrange customer visits, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring proper documentation through meeting minutes and distributing to relevant parties. Provide timely and professional responses to all customer and sales office inquiries. Design and prepare presentations for customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Ensure customer reports, following Carsem guidelines, are sent out in a timely manner. Liaise with the factory to address customer needs and ensure their requirements are met. Identify potential issues or concerns affecting the customer and highlight them to management for resolution.
