Responsibilities: 1. To process requisitions and issue purchase order for suppliers. 2. To follow up with suppliers for all purchase and ensure supplier on time delivery of goods. 3. To compare the price, material quality and payment term according to budget. 4. Maintain the good relationship with suppliers. 5. Sourcing, negotiations and selection of right suppliers in order to get quality products and service with best price. 6. Liaison with production department to ensure timely receiving of goods. 7. Ability to monitor the stock balance to ensure sufficient stock. 8. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time. Requirement: - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Relevant working experience in related industry will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and office administration functions. - Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Words, Excel, and Power Points.
