- Proficiency in documenting recipes and maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of food science, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
- Excellent palate and sensory evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in kitchen automation, food processing or manufacturing technology is a bonus.
- Experience in cost control, inventory management, and supplier coordination is a bonus.
