Job Purpose: Oversee and manage application support and maintenance services for customers before and after sales, ensuring continuous system operability and customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services. Roles & Responsibilities: Contribute to company objectives and KPIs while adhering to standard policies, procedures, quality compliance, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Project Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation, delivery, and completion of projects according to the contract schedule. Support User Requirement Gathering, assist in Test Script Preparation, and facilitate User Testing to ensure system functionality meets expectations. Post-Project Implementation: Maintain the continuous operability of application systems as outlined in the SLA. Provide 2nd-level operational support and maintenance services for SAINS applications, ensuring system stability and issue resolution. Act as a strategic account representative when necessary, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with SAINS products and services. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company as required. Minimum years of experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Academic Qualification: Diploma in an IT-related field.
