Job Role: The SMI executive shall manage and implement projects funded through SLA and internal systems projects that support better customer services. The SMI executive shall also be involved in product solutioning and is expected to work with both customers and ISPs. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, manage and implement systems and solutions that is tied to SLA commitments 2. Monitor, review and ensure that services outlined in SLA is completed and meet customer’s expectations 3. Maintain good relationship with strategic account customers, serving as the bridge between customers and SAINS technical teams 4. Work with technical teams to scope and implement new products or upgrades to existing products 5. Work with technical teams to design, integrate and implement internal solutions that supports better customer services 6. Share and make available customer related information to relevant parties in SAINS 7. Contribute to Company objectives and KPIs 8. Undertake any other assigned tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time 9. Possesses sufficient technical skills Minimum Years of Work Experience: Fresh grads who are committed and motivated are welcomed Competencies: - Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS or any related discipline - Relevant technical skills is required especially in systems development life cycle - Good communication skills (speech and written) - Good in managing time and project team's deliverables - Motivated and able to work independantly - Able to keep proper documentation throughout projects - Able to think outside the box, creative and innovative is a benefit Open for Sarawakian Only
