Job Purpose: Oversee and manage application support and maintenance services for customers before and after sales, ensuring continuous system operability and customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services. Roles & Responsibilities: Contribute to company objectives and KPIs while adhering to standard policies, procedures, quality compliance, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Project Implementation Support: Ensure the successful implementation, delivery, and completion of projects as scheduled in the contract proposal. Lead and manage the support team throughout project implementation, from initiation to Go-Live and during the warranty period. Post-Project Implementation: Maintain the continuous operability of application systems as defined in the SLA. Provide 2nd-level operational support and maintenance services for SAINS applications. Act as a strategic account representative when necessary to address customer inquiries, issues, or faults related to SAINS products and services. Offer personalized support by maintaining and nurturing customer relationships through proactive engagement, initiatives, and daily operations. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the company as needed. Minimum years of experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field. Skills & Expertise: Communication Skills – Ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely. Writing Skills – Ability to produce well-structured reports and concise documentation.
