Key Responsibilities: • Technical Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage highly skilled software engineers and technical professionals for project-based assignments. • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial technical assessments, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities before passing them to hiring teams. • Market Mapping & Research: Build strategic talent pipelines, stay ahead of industry trends, and proactively identify top talent. • Proactive Engagement & Outreach: Establish strong relationships with candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms. • Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand project needs and recommend top candidates. • Process Optimization: Innovate and refine sourcing strategies, exploring cutting-edge recruitment methods. • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives to build diverse, inclusive, and high-performing technical teams. What We’re Looking For: • Technical Background:3-10 years of experience in software development project sourcing, technical recruiting, or a hybrid role involving both. • Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++) to assess candidates effectively. • Strong Negotiation & Candidate Management Skills: Ability to engage candidates, manage expectations, and close offers effectively. • Excellent Communication & Relationship Building: Passion for networking and engaging with top tech talent. • High Ambition & Dedication: A strong desire to excel, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset: Ability to track hiring trends, assess candidate fit, and continuously refine sourcing strategies. Nice to Have: • Experience working with startups, tech consultancies, or outsourcing firms. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools. • Prior experience in hiring for SAP, full-stack, cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, or cybersecurity roles.
