Work closely with the UX team to ensure all visual elements are designed with the end-user in mind, creating intuitive, engaging, and functional interfaces. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure promotional materials reflect the tone, branding, and user experience of the game, aligning both visually and functionally with player expectations. Maintain high-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to produce professional-level UI/UX and graphic assets. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, offering valuable input to enhance visual storytelling, marketing campaigns, and the overall game experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the design quality and efficiency for both game and promotional materials. Qualifications & Skills At least 2-3 years of experience in illustration & UI/UX design for games, preferably with a portfolio that showcases a range of projects. Strong Design Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design software. Solid knowledge of game development processes, understanding of user flows, and how to apply design principles to interactive environments. Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) Strong attention to detail, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and functional in a game setting. Ability to balance creative and aesthetic vision with user-centered design principles and data-driven insights. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and technical constraints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams and explain design concepts to non-designers. Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine is a plus.
