Job Description: - Handle daily administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and office coordination. - Assist in basic accounting duties such as issuing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and petty cash handling. - Perform bank reconciliation and monitor accounts receivable/payable transactions. - Maintain and update accounting records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Support monthly reporting, payroll processing, and statutory submissions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, PCB). - Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers, customers, auditors, and government authorities when required. - Manage inventory records, purchase orders, and office supplies. - Assist in preparing basic financial summaries and reports for management. - Occasionally assist in retail shop operations, including attending to walk-in customers, issuing receipts, or arranging stock, as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including support in daily office or retail-related needs. - Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
