  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ensure all valve stems, seats, and gates meet industry regulations, including ASME, NORSOK, and customer-specific requirements for subsea applications. Supervise non-destructive testing (NDT), pressure testing, and material analysis to verify the integrity and durability of subsea components. Assess and qualify raw material suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications for corrosion resistance, tensile strength, and subsea application requirements. Monitor and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, material traceability records, and compliance certifications. Establish and manage quality control processes for welding, heat treatment, and coating applications on subsea valve components. Develop and maintain a robust supplier quality management system to ensure consistency and reliability in material sourcing. Review and approve quality control plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and final product certifications before shipment. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment used in quality control processes. Develop and enforce a robust non-conformance management system to track, analyze, and resolve quality issues. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement quality control measures to mitigate potential defects in subsea components. 26. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations while implementing quality control measures. Skill Required • At least 5 years’ experience of working unaided Quality inspection of material technology & heat treatment of material and job • QA for Documentation Oil & Gas job • Must have a basic understanding material property & heat treatment process. • Good Knowledge of NDT and Welding Test parts & material use in Oil & gas. • Ability to change and adapt work behaviors based on a constantly changing Oil & Gas Parts
