  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

- MARKETING COORDINATOR Job function of a Marketing Cum Customer Service is categorized in six (6) main areas. This will be the job function for the first 6 months during probation period and after confirmation, more Brand & Product Executive tasks in detail shall be advised by the Brand Manager. 1) Reports 1.1 Brand Servicing and generate Brand Report - Attending customer feedbacks and complaints, investigating the product returns from outlet/customers for the designated brands (on line / off line) - Generating monthly summary report on product investigated and claims (to claim from principal) - Generating monthly Brand performance report for designated brands.  Sales performance by outlet, Top 10 SKU in quantity & sales generated - Generating monthly Brand Inventory report for designated brands.  Stock holding in warehouse & consignment outlet 1.2 Generating & Compiling Monthly Sales Report - Generating & compiling the sales report in monthly basis (for all major brands):  General Sales Report (by outlet, by brand, by sales consultant)  Consignment report by Departmental store counter  Major Sales Record (Eg: Sogo Pre Sale Day) 2) Update Price Table, Price List and any other Marketing related documentation - Assist Marketing Manager to update promotion table for retail division, update price list and any other marketing related documentation & filing. 3) Coordinating on Promotion Program & Marketing Materials - Assist the Sales & Marketing Team preparing POP signage when the need arises. 4) Assist Digital Marketing Team to do live show – basic shooting skill needed - Assist the basic shooting of live show and set up 5) Coordination for Sales Training, Cooking Demo & Marketing Event (i.e press conference) - Coordinating when there is any sales/product/brand training, despite in the office or outside the office. - Full control on all cooking demo set/equipment (proper record is needed - keep the copy in office) - Act as main coordinator of press conference / any marketing event & activities. 6) Assistant to Marketing Manager - Assist the Marketing Manager in terms of Domestic and also Export Sales & Marketing tasks, such as getting quotations, typing proposal, marketing coordination, sales & marketing events and activities. - Assist Marketing Manager on the Vietnam office documentation, getting Director’s signatory, and filing etc. Other than above mentioned you might be required to help on other Sales and Marketing task. However, the tasks mentioned above should be the priority under your port folio.
