We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Sales Specialist to join our team at Rent Room Hero. This role combines social media marketing, content creation, and customer engagement through sales and telemarketing. You'll play a key role in growing our brand presence online, responding to customer enquiries, and helping convert leads into happy tenants. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Plan, shoot, and edit product photos and videos for marketing content Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) to promote our room rentals and services Respond to sales enquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels Follow up with leads via messages and calls to close room rental deals Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements Assist with other marketing activities and administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or customer service is a plus Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask and manage time effectively Confident in handling enquiries and converting leads into sales Passion for marketing, real estate, or creative media is a bonus Why Join Us?
