Responsibilities: - To answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and channel their enquiries to the correct personnel/department. - Greet, deliver accurate information & provide efficient service to walk-in customers. - To maintain cleanliness of front desk counter. - Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time. - To handle and sorting out daily incoming & outgoing courier service. Requirements: - Candidate must process at least a diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. - Preferably two (2) years of working experience in Receptionist/Admin functions. - Proficient in Microsoft office applications. - Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa. - Good communication and interpersonal. - Able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner. Salary: RM 1,800
