  • Having a keen eye for detail whilst performing detailed checklist inspections.
  • Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming and outgoing motorcycles.
  • Making improvements to the inspection process to ensure quality control.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Guiding the inspection team about quality control concerns to improve result excellence
  • Supervise the daily inspection process.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to determine the condition of each motorcycle by identifying technical issues, mechanical issues and safety concerns.
  • Perform stationary tests and road tests to check the overall health of each motorcycle.
  • Coordinating and communicating the inspection findings with the respective parties.
  • Test motorcycle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices.
  • Prepare report on each motorcycle for follow-up action.
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or possess SKM Level 3 and above in motorcycle technician.
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferably those with hands-on mechanic work related experience.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle operations and related processes is required.
  • Good understanding and ability to handle measurement tools / instruments.
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle license.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and BM.
