- Having a keen eye for detail whilst performing detailed checklist inspections.
- Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming and outgoing motorcycles.
- Making improvements to the inspection process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Guiding the inspection team about quality control concerns to improve result excellence
- Supervise the daily inspection process.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to determine the condition of each motorcycle by identifying technical issues, mechanical issues and safety concerns.
- Perform stationary tests and road tests to check the overall health of each motorcycle.
- Coordinating and communicating the inspection findings with the respective parties.
- Test motorcycle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices.
- Prepare report on each motorcycle for follow-up action.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or possess SKM Level 3 and above in motorcycle technician.
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferably those with hands-on mechanic work related experience.
- Knowledge of motorcycle operations and related processes is required.
- Good understanding and ability to handle measurement tools / instruments.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle license.
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and BM.
