  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you need to do: Oversee the management of factory & public equipment and facilities, including factory machine systems, basic electrical maintenance, water supply and drainage, and job related to technical skills. Help to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and repair costs. Identify and resolve potential problems and hidden faults promptly. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technician to respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues to minimize production downtime. Working together with Safety Personnel to liaise with government authorities such as DOE, BOMBA and safety enforcement agencies for regulatory compliance, inspections and audit. Prepare and set forms for Maintenance job and maintain filing for ISO reference. Oversee all spare parts inventory keep to ensure operational smoothness. Keep record for all the preventive maintenance work for weekly, monthly & yearly basis, and update whenever necessary. Update changes and file all maintenance documents for ISO and internal reference. Assist in internal and external audits related to facility maintenance. Assist, Maintenance Manager and factory manager on any ad-hoc task. Arrange technicians leave and overtime request accordingly. What we need from you? At least 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electric / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Strong planning and coordination skills and good problem-solving skills. Honest, calm personality, able to endure hardships, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
