Position Summary: • The Technology Analyst, Cyber Security role will play an important role in proactive identification and help in mitigating potential security risks and vulnerabilities across Singapore systems, applications, and networks. This role will be reporting to Head of Vulnerability Management of Singapore Cyber Security Testing & Vulnerability Management Team. • The role is also required to maintain compliance with security policies, processes and procedures with accordance to relevant Acts, Standards requirements and other relevant regulators such as IMDA. • Besides that, the role will assist with improvement on People, Process and Technology. Job Responsibilities: 1. Security IOCs and Advisories Assessment for Singapore • To assist in tracking Security IOCs and Advisories collation and follow-ups with Singapore Group IT and Enterprise Business units. • To assist in providing security related updates for the Cyber Hygiene & Risk Committee Meetings. • To collate and to provide status updates for out-of-band or emergency security advisories. 2. Attack Surface Management for Singapore • Utilize industry-standard tools (BlueVoyant or Mandiant) and methodologies to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our attack surface. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner. • Collaborate with other members of the cybersecurity team to develop and implement strategies to reduce our attack surface. • Monitor our organizations systems, applications, and networks for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and other security threats. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity, specifically related to attack surface reduction techniques Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent. • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this role. • Candidate will have a good understanding of vulnerability analysis and discovery as well as exploitation process and techniques. • Experience with Vulnerability Research, threat intelligence, data security, application security, web application and browser security, security protocols, operating system internals and hardening (e.g., Windows, Linux, OS X, Android), network security, vulnerability management and fundamental penetration testing. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to adapt to various challenges, and able to work under pressure and tight schedule as and when required. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Possess organisational capabilities and to work across departments.
