  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION: CAD CAM PROGRAMMER SPECIALIST CIRCLE SPIN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN BHD. seeks a CAD CAM PROGRAMMER SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop and design 2D and 3D CAD models for precision parts, tools, and fixtures using software • Modify and optimize existing CAD models to improve manufacturability and reduce machining time. • Ensure designs are fully compliant with GD&T standards and customer requirements. • Develop and review technical drawings from CAD models for manufacturing, including detailed annotations and dimensional specifications. • Generate complex 3D models for prototypes and production components based on client specifications. • Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for milling, turning, and EDM processes. • Write detailed and efficient G-code for 5-axis machining and multi-axis CNC machines, ensuring minimal machining time while maximizing part accuracy. • Modify and optimize CAM programs based on feedback from production teams or tooling issues encountered on the shop floor. • Integrate adaptive machining strategies, such as rest machining, for optimal material removal and tool life extension. • Set up and operate a range of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, and turning centers) with varying degrees of complexity. • Develop and implement new machining techniques, such as trochoidal milling and high-feed machining, to increase productivity. • Optimize the use of tools, materials, and time by utilizing lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology • Maintain detailed records of all CAD/CAM projects, including part drawings, machine settings, and program versions. • Develop and refine tool libraries and machine settings for specific materials and machining operations. • Create and implement time studies and cost analysis for different machining strategies to improve cost-effectiveness. • Perform root cause analysis on machining issues and implement corrective actions for programming or operational issues • Continuously improve machining processes through data analysis, reducing cycle times while maintaining part quality. REQUIREMENTS: The required skills for the position CAD CAM PROGRAMMER SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years in experience CAD CAM PROGRAMME 3D CAD modelling GD&T application for precision design. Complex tooling and fixture design for multi-part setups. Expertise in 5-axis CNC programming G-code and M-code customization Complex multi-stage CNC programming Lean Manufacturing techniques Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
