This position assists with order processing, sales contract research, price quotations, and document management while adhering to established processes related to quotations, bookings, and invoicing. Additionally, the role requires a basic understanding of product offerings and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to effectively support sales initiatives and customer needs Responsibility/Activity: -Prepare detailed quotes for contract renewal and RFP/RFI responses daily to ensure timely and accurate pricing for client proposals -Maintain quote documentation with precise pricing and configuration updates weekly to support compliance and ease of access -Ensure integrity of client information in database systems regularly to maintain data accuracy and reliability -Update and manage Excel spreadsheets as needed to track quotes, documentation, and client interactions -Handle external and internal queries professionally and promptly to promote a client-oriented service approach -Perform bookings and purchase order processing daily to facilitate timely transaction completion and booking reconciliation -Conduct quality assurance self-checks on documentation and processes to ensure high standards and accuracy -Prioritize tasks to meet assigned deadlines consistently while paying attention to details for quality outcomes Required Skill (Must Have): -Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2-3 Years of Experience preferred. -Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships. -Strong attention to detail. -Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure. -Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. -Able to converse in Tagalog
