  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks PRECISION MOULD DESIGN SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Develop detailed 3D mould designs using advanced CAD software • Create complex mould components, including cores, cavities, and inserts, ensuring precise part fit and functionality. • Design multi-cavity moulds and family moulds for high-efficiency production. • Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) principles to ensure efficient mould production. • Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure precise mould dimensions and tolerances. • Create precise 3D mould designs using CAD software • Program 5-axis CNC machines for complex mould structures • Develop 2D technical drawings and blueprints for mould components. • Integrate advanced heat treatment processes into mould design for increased strength and durability • Design modular tooling systems for flexibility and cost-effective mould modification. • Create G-code and M-code for high-precision machining operations • Oversee prototype mold creation and coordinate with production teams to validate designs before full-scale production. • Ensure molds are designed to facilitate easy maintenance and modifications during their lifecycle. • Identify and resolve mold wear issues, ensuring consistent performance over multiple production cycles. • Optimize ejector systems and other mold mechanisms to ensure smooth part ejection and minimize damage. • Manage multiple mold design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Communicate design changes, timelines, and technical specifications to clients and team members. • Coordinate with machinists and toolmakers to ensure molds are manufactured accurately. • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all molds meet part quality and dimensional requirements. • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams during the mold construction phase. • Prepare project documentation, including design files, technical reports, and project timelines. • Track mold development progress and report on potential delays or technical challenges to management. Requirements The required skills for the position PRECISION MOULD DESIGN SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years in PRECISION MOULD DESIGN Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
