  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an CNC TURNING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop and optimize complex CNC turning programs using advanced CAM software • Program CNC lathes for both single-point turning and multi-axis turning operations with high precision. • Design and implement multi-step toolpaths for roughing, finishing, and threading operations on CNC lathes. • Write G-code and M-code for Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC lathe controllers. • Create and optimize sub-programs and macros to streamline repetitive tasks and improve programming efficiency. • Set up and calibrate CNC turning machines for specific job requirements, ensuring tooling, fixtures, and workholding are secure and precise. • Implement and oversee automated CNC turning systems, including robotic part loading/unloading systems. • Develop precise toolpaths for high-speed machining and high feed cutting in difficult materials • Implement CNC turning strategies for high-precision parts, ensuring tight tolerances and surface finish quality. • Perform thread milling, parting, and turn-mill operations for parts requiring multi-axis machining. • Utilize advanced tool management systems to track tool wear and replacement schedules. • Implement and oversee automated CNC turning systems, including robotic part loading/unloading systems. • Simulate CNC turning programs using software tools to detect errors, collisions, and optimize efficiency. • Verify machine alignment, tool offsets, and workpiece positioning for accuracy before starting production. • Manage tooling selection, ensuring optimal tool life, cutting speeds, and feed rates for various materials. • Conduct dry runs to verify toolpaths and ensure machine readiness before actual cutting. • Perform in-process inspections using CMMs and manual gauges to ensure parts meet design specifications. • Ensure that all parts adhere to GD&T specifications. • Review part drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications to ensure compliance with machining processes. Requirements The required skills for the position CNC TURNING PROGRAMMER EXPERT are: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC TURNING PROGRAMME Proficient in G-code/M-code for CNC lathes Expertise in 5-axis and multi-axis turning programming. Interpret GD&T Apply lean and Six Sigma for productivity improvements. Adhere to safety and quality policies. Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Candidate must possess relevant education certification
