This role is required to provide customer care, manage global B2B transactions in terms of order processing and proper order management in ensuring all order details are accurate, updated and communicated to customers timely. In addition to build positive relationships with key stakeholders namely customers, sales, business developers, operations, quality teams and suppliers/factories. Responsibilities: •Efficiently processing customer orders in a timely manner. •Collaborate with the internal operations team and suppliers/factories to meet requirements and address customer inquiries about order requests, production updates, delivery information, and quality concerns. •Assist in order cycle from receipt to shipment, ensuring that sales teams and customers are kept informed of any changes to delivery timelines. •Monitor production deadlines and delivery schedules to ensure commitments are met. •Update customer and forwarder portals to assign orders to suppliers, manage purchase order acceptance, and adjust delivery dates when necessary (for select customers only). •Maintain accurate data in the internal system, including updating customer requirements, profiles, and price lists. •Provide administration support for internal and external as needed and ensure proper documentation and e-filing. •Any ad hoc task as assigned
