Building / Condominium Managers have to manage day-to-day building operation, safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance works. Ensure that the assigned properties are suitably, properly and carefully maintained and managed at all times through best practices in managing human resources, services and processes. Ensure property management is in compliance with building by laws and safety guidelines. Inspect, analyze and rectify to ensure all documentation and administrative works are in order. Monitor to assure high performance of contractors and service providers in cleaning service, security and etc. Ensure all the Mechanical and Electrical systems and equipment is well maintained, inclusive of scheduled preventive maintenance measures. Attend to complaints tactfully and ensure appropriate corrective action is implemented promptly. Review and resolve all projects issues to comply with agreement, company policies and procedures, quality standard, cost and timeline. Manage and review service contracts to ensure property management needs are met. Cultivate good Client-Management relationship with resident committee or MC for easier coordination. Manage contractor and vendor relationships for business integrity and harmony.
