Responsibilities: • Understand each brand’s positioning and guidelines, identify target audiences, and develop trade marketing plans to achieve business objectives across various channels and segments. • Collaborate with all departments, especially Sales, Marketing, Distributors, Key Accounts, and Brand Managers, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the company’s objectives across specific channels or territories. • Develop and ensure the effectiveness of POSMs, graphics, and trade tools that represent the brand image, convey the right message, adhere to guidelines, and deliver measurable ROI across specific channels. • Assist in planning and executing events, roadshows, and trade marketing activities to drive product visibility and sales. • Monitor and evaluate in-store execution of trade marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market dynamics, and marketing best practices to build impactful strategies. • Conduct analytics reporting across platforms, extract key insights, and provide formal proposals with recommendations for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, and optimize strategies accordingly. • Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and refine trade strategies. • Support new product launches with targeted trade marketing plans to ensure successful market entry and penetration.
