Job Responsibility – Account Assistant • Support month-end close activities related to fixed asset accounting and maintain fixed asset register. • Assisting to conduct physical inventories and monitoring. • Handle day-to-day operation of accounting records and maintain a systematic filing system. • Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the superior • Support Account Executives to follow up on pending invoices/debit notes/credit notes. Support in monthly closing activities. Check and release invoices pending payments. • Ensure correct and on-time accounting bookings. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and tax requirements. • Send the monthly SOA to the customer and reconcile the supplier SOA on time. • Prepare the monthly payment listing to the suppliers. • Follow up on the supplier invoices and update accordingly. Secure bookings of all regular expenses during the month for accurate budget follow-up. • To update ad-hoc projects and reporting • To support issue the PO / Invoices on a daily basis.
