Finance Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE This role will be responsible for the whole spectrum of finance management. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing activities within the given timeline. Prepare and provide financial information such as monthly reports, variance analysis, financial reports, and other related matters for management review Ensure all payments are verified and with proper supporting documents Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other relevant authorities. Maintain an updated fixed assets register and ensure proper tracking of fixed assets. Oversee daily finance operations, establish a strong control environment, and improve various processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system. Identify, report, and resolve accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions. Ensure accounting records are comply with Financial reporting standards Assist in E-Invoice implementation and various projects Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements: Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent or Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent). At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in is required for this position. Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and minimum supervision; effective and efficient interpersonal skills coupled with good communication skills. Proven leadership skills and ability to drive the team. Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Strong verbal as well as written in multi-languages communication skills. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
