Landscape Architect

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree In Landscape Architecture or equivalent. Preferably 3 - 5 Year(s) and above related working experience in Landscape Architecture field. 2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. 3. Candidate will act as a Design for this job position with strong design sense, creative thinking, responsible, presentable, committed and self-motivated. 4. Possess excellent presentation, design, hand sketch and documentation skills Job Description: 1. Participate in the entire project process to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intentions. 2. Responsibilities include site analysis & research, design conceptualization, detail development & coordination, tender process execution, contract monitoring, cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery. 3. Support the team in presenting design intentions, selecting materials, and estimating costs from the conceptual design stage through to design development. 4. To attend regular meetings with relevant consultants, clients, contractors, and site staff to resolve project and technical issues, including outstation, nursery visits, construction site visits, etc. 5. Reporting project operations updates and efficient project planning as required during fortnightly or monthly team meetings to immediate superior/HOD. 6. Take on additional ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success.
