Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for self-climbing platforms based on project drawings and specifications. Analyse labour, material, and equipment requirements and apply standard costing methods. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to understand technical aspects of climbing platform systems. Monitor and update unit costs regularly based on market trends and historical project data. Assist in preparing costing breakdown and presentations for clients. Identify and highlight potential cost risks and value engineering opportunities. Collaborate with procurement, design, and project execution teams to align cost estimates with actual implementation. Support post-project cost reconciliation and lessons learned exercises Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in cost estimation or costing roles within construction/formwork/climbing platform industry. Knowledge of self-climbing platforms and their components is essential. Proficiency in reading drawings through AutoCAD, MS Excel etc. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
