Job Responsibilities
Financial work:
Responsible for daily accounting processing, financial statement preparation, and financial data analysis;
Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial compliance supervision;
Maintain financial system input and verification to ensure data accuracy.
Administrative work:
Manage company documents and archives, coordinate inter departmental communication and meeting arrangements;
Handle office supplies procurement, travel booking, and logistics affairs;
Collaborate in writing reports, emails, and basic paperwork.
Other responsibilities:
Assist in promoting cross departmental projects and optimizing workflows;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Knowledge and Skills:
Malaysian holding valid identification documents;
Proficient in Mandarin and skilled in communicating in Chinese;
Proficient in English and Malay, able to handle English emails and daily communication.
2-3 years of work experience in finance or administration, with a background in finance and administration being preferred;
Familiar with financial software and Office tools;
Have basic accounting knowledge, data analysis skills, and administrative management experience.
Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent ability to withstand pressure;
Outstanding sense of teamwork, good at communication and coordination;
Capable of adapting to fast-paced work environments and possessing strong learning abilities.
