Job Responsibilities

Financial work:

  • Responsible for daily accounting processing, financial statement preparation, and financial data analysis;

  • Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial compliance supervision;

  • Maintain financial system input and verification to ensure data accuracy.

  • Administrative work:

  • Manage company documents and archives, coordinate inter departmental communication and meeting arrangements;

  • Handle office supplies procurement, travel booking, and logistics affairs;

  • Collaborate in writing reports, emails, and basic paperwork.

  • Other responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting cross departmental projects and optimizing workflows;

  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Malaysian holding valid identification documents;

  • Proficient in Mandarin and skilled in communicating in Chinese;

  • Proficient in English and Malay, able to handle English emails and daily communication.

  • 2-3 years of work experience in finance or administration, with a background in finance and administration being preferred;

  • Familiar with financial software and Office tools;

  • Have basic accounting knowledge, data analysis skills, and administrative management experience.

  • Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent ability to withstand pressure;

  • Outstanding sense of teamwork, good at communication and coordination;

  • Capable of adapting to fast-paced work environments and possessing strong learning abilities.
