Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution: • Create, edit, and manage a variety of content including: o Social media posts (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). o Blog articles and website copy (SEO-optimized). o Newsletters, EDMs, and thought leadership content. o Marketing materials, PR articles, and case studies. • Collaborate with designers and performance marketers to develop engaging visuals and compelling copy. Content Strategy & Planning: • Develop and oversee a comprehensive content calendar for various brands, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. • Establish clear brand voice and messaging guidelines for each brand to ensure consistency across all communications. • Identify key content opportunities (such as SEO, social media, EDMs, paid ads) to maximize brand visibility and engagement. • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and brands to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Day-to-Day Activities: • Content Planning & Execution: Manage the content calendar and produce written content such as blog posts and social media updates. • SEO & Performance Review: Analyze content performance, adjusting strategies based on results to optimize engagement and reach. • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to refine content and ensure it meets business objectives. • Automation & Optimization: Schedule and repurpose content for various platforms, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum impact. • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure content relevance and effectiveness. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or multi-brand environments. • Ability to manage multiple brands, tones, and target audiences (both B2B and B2C). • Proven experience creating diverse content types, including SEO-driven blogs, ad copy, social media posts, EDMs, and thought leadership pieces. • Familiarity with content automation tools, AI writing assistants, and social media scheduling platforms. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on maintaining brand consistency. • Knowledge of regional differences between Singapore and Malaysia (preferred). • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle a high volume of content. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
