  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: CNC MILLING LATHE PROGRAMMER LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a CNC MILLING LATHE PROGRAMMER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Develop complex multi-axis toolpaths for CNC mills and twin-spindle/turret CNC lathes with live tooling and Y-axis. • Write and optimize G-code/M-code manually for advanced features or machines lacking full CAM support. • Utilize CAM software like Mastercam to simulate and validate full programs. • Implement synchronized milling-turning strategies for multitasking machines • Program sub-spindle operations, bar feeding, and part transfers on twin-spindle machines. • Program for hybrid operations while preserving datum structure. • Design complex fixture solutions for high-mix/low-volume jobs or multi-operation parts. • Program advanced turning operations • Perform tool path optimization to reduce air cuts and idle time using CAM toolpath trimming. • Interpret and apply GD&T requirements directly into toolpath planning and inspection strategies. • Program to maintain ultra-tight tolerances on parts. • Ensure true position, flatness, concentricity, and circularity through multi-step operations. • Utilize machine kinematics and control features • Integrate in-process probing for automatic part alignment and tool checks. • Analyze chatter and vibration harmonics and correct them through CAM strategies or RPM tuning. • Link CNC programming for digital job setup sheets and real-time traceability. • Create modular programs with parametric macros to reduce repetitive code entry. • Ensure part traceability through serialized engraving or embedded codes. • Comply with regulatory machining standards including validation and change control. Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC MILLING LATHE PROGRAMMER are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC MILLING LATHE PROGRAMME Candidate must possess relevant education certification Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Experience with multi-axis CNC machining Experience in using NDT methods.
