JOB DESCRIPTION: 1.Responsible for ensuring the normal operation of designated machinery equipment. Must be thoroughly familiar with the mechanical structure and operational principles of assigned machines. Immediately report any mechanical failures or potential hazards to the supervisor and conduct repairs. 2.Perform scheduled maintenance and primary/secondary servicing on machinery equipment according to the plan and supervisor's assignments. Complete relevant forms and report to the supervisor upon completion. 3.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical equipment inspections, as well as specialized and pain-point checks in the designated area. Fill out corresponding inspection forms and report findings to the supervisor promptly. 4.Address identified issues or problems reported by equipment users by performing repairs, maintenance, and corrective actions as directed by the supervisor. 5.Respond promptly to emergency equipment failures or production incidents as assigned by the supervisor, arriving on-site immediately to resolve issues. 6.Participate in training sessions and drills organized by the company, department, or assigned area, and undergo assessments and evaluations. 7.Engage in 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities within the department and team, ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy with "clean-up after work" practices. 8.Strictly adhere to the company's safety operating procedures, taking full responsibility for personal work behavior and environmental safety, and eliminating any violations of safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS: 1.Possesses valid welder certification and understands key techniques and operational requirements for fitting/locksmith work.
