Organize corrective actions for identified issues and hazards, report to superiors, and conduct performance evaluations. 4.Promptly address sudden electrical equipment failures to ensure stable production operations, and report incidents to superiors. 5.Review the completion of various forms and work records within the responsible area, including drawing approvals, maintenance standard improvements, document organization, and the implementation of system-related policies to ensure compliance with standardized procedures and system requirements. 6.Manage subordinate employees, including training, drills, performance evaluations, and 5S implementation, while fostering team cohesion and maintaining a positive work environment. 7.Handle material requisitions and usage, reduce idle stock consumption, implement energy-saving and efficiency-improving technical modifications, promote repair and reuse initiatives, and supervise engineering projects within the designated area. REQUIREMENTS: 1.Over 3 years of electrical management experience with expertise in high/low voltage electrical systems 2.Proficient in variable frequency drives (VFDs), DCS, PLC systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and instrument transformers 3.Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical equipment operation and maintenance principles
